On September 23, 2022, the Cyberspace Security Summer Intelligent Communication and Security series high-end Academic Report (the second phase) was held online. The academic report invited Pfrofessor Shen Xuemin (Sherman) of University of Waterloo, a foreign academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, academician of the Three Canadian Academies (Academy of Engineering, Academy of Sciences, Royal Academy of Sciences). Weihua Zhuang, Member of the Academy of Engineering, Academy of Sciences and Royal Academy of Sciences, University of Waterloo, Canada, Member of the Japanese Academy of Engineering, Professor Nei Kato, Tohoku University, IEEE members, Professor Dusit Niyato from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore and many other internationally renowned experts in the field of intelligent communication and security, as well as some young teachers and doctoral students of our school, held 12 academic presentations. Professor Liu Jiajia, deputy Dean of the School of Cyberspace Security, and representatives of the school's teachers and graduate students listened to the reports.

Professor Dusit Niyato from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore gave a talk entitled "Semantic Communication Meets Edge Intelligence", which discussed the significance of semantic communication applications in the context of increasingly scarce spectrum resources. The background and framework of semantic communication and its interaction with edge intelligence are described in detail. "Computation Offloading and Task Scheduling on the Network Edge" was presented by Professor Xuemin (Sherman) Shen of the University of Waterloo, Canada. The computing resource management in the mobile edge computing technology of next generation wireless network is deeply and thoroughly analyzed, and the computing offloading and task scheduling strategies that meet the requirements of diversified quality of service are discussed. Weihua Zhuang, Professor from the University of Waterloo, Canada, gave a presentation entitled "Medium Access Control for Industrial IoT" and described the media access control protocols of the Industrial iot in detail. Professor NeiKato of Tohoku University gave a presentation entitled "Task Scheduling for Multi-Access Edge Computing in IRS-Aided Vehicular Networks". This paper introduces the task scheduling strategy in the Network of vehicles assisted by intelligent reflection panel.

In addition, Associate Professor Zhang Shangwei of our hospital took RSS Threshold Optimization for D2D-Aided HTC/MTC in Ultra-Dense NOMA System as the theme, and Associate Professor Wang Jiadai took Software Defined Networking: Attacks and Countermeasures. Associate Professor Xun Yijie's Side Channel Analysis: A New Perspective for Vehicle Intrusion Detection System was the theme, and Mr. Bi Hongliang, assistant professor, taught Behavior Recognition and Authentication Technology Academic reports Based on Smart Earphones were presented. Our hospital also invited Fu Qiang and four other doctoral students to give relevant reports on intelligent reflective panel, NOMA, 5G slice security, software defined network and other technologies. The experts who attended the meeting exchanged and discussed with our teachers and students on relevant topics, and put forward constructive guidance for future scientific research.

In this academic conference, the teachers and students of our college had a fierce discussion with the participating experts, which broadened the research ideas and expanded the international vision. After the series of reports, Liu Jiajia once again expressed his thanks to the overseas experts and hoped to enhance the exchanges and deepen the cooperation between the two sides through this academic report.
