报告题目：Optical Wireless Communication under Dynamic Signal Intensity

内容简介：Future optical wireless communication (OWC) may experience a wide range of received signal intensity due to dynamic transmission distance and user mobility. In this talk, the signal modeling on the optical wireless communication under dynamic signal intensity is addressed. We first introduce a preliminary experiment on the optical wireless communication under dynamic signal intensity. Then, a more delicate nonlinear signal modeling for LED-based OWC is proposed, along with the signal detection and achievable communication rate. Finally, a more fundamental theoretical work is introduced on the analytical signal modeling on OWC under a wide range of optical signal intensity.

报告人简介

龚晨，教授，2005年获得上海交通大学学士学位，2008年获得清华大学硕士学位，2012年获得美国哥伦比亚大学博士学位。2012年到2013年担任美国高通公司圣地亚哥研发中心高级系统工程师。现为中国科学技术大学教授、博士生导师。主要从事无线通信、无线光通信以及信号处理等方面的研究工作。龚晨教授于2014年成为国家特聘教授，并先后获得2016年度香港“求是杰出青年学者奖”，2017年IEEE GLOBECOM光学无线通信最佳论文奖，其代表性论文于2019年入选中国科学技术协会年度优秀论文。
